Refund policy

Luxurizz cares greatly about our customers, we ensure that our products are guaranteed authentic, and is described as is. You may return the items which does not meet the expectations as described in our listing.

  1. Returns are accepted within 14 days after order was received. No returns accepted for international orders.
  2. A restocking fee of 15% will be assessed for any items being returned.
  3. Returned items must be same condition as when they were purchased and must include all original accessories, certification and other paper works, and in the original packaging as applicable. 
  4. Tags and other labels must have not been removed from the items to qualify for refund.
  5. Returned items must have not been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or stained to be eligible for refund.
  6. Items returned with odors which may affect the resalability of the product, such as perfumes and smoke will not be accepted and may not qualify for refund.
  7. Any item/s purchased during sales events (Clearance Sale, Holiday Sale, etc.) or at a discount are final, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  8. If the returned item/s does not comply with the conditions stated above, refund will not be granted and the returned item/s will be sent back to the customer.
  9. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned items.
  10. Shipment back to the customer for unaccepted returns must be paid for by the customer.
  11. Luxurizz is not responsible for loss or damages caused by the shipping company for returned items.

Return Procedure:

  1. Send and email to shop@luxurizz.com requesting for Return Authorization within 14 days of receiving your orders with your full name, address, order number, details of your concern with pictures/images for our review.  Luxurizz will respond within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  2. Once approval of the return authorization from Luxurizz is received by email, pack your return item/s appropriately, protecting it from damage during shipment.
  3. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping of the the returned items.
  4. Ship your package to the return address provided in the Return Authorization, mailing service should require signature of recipient to ensure the returned item/s are safely delivered to Luxurizz.
  5. Luxurizz does not cover the cost of shipping for returned items and is not responsible for loss or damages caused by the shipping company.

Refunds and Processing Time:

  1. Luxurizz will process the refund within 3 business days of receiving the returned item/s deducting any applicable charges.
  2. Refund will be credited back to the original form of payment used in purchasing the item.
  3. It may take 7 or more days, depending on the issuing bank's processing time for the refunded amount to be posted in your account.
